Hi Sherrie, That is a good suggestion, adding a sort feature to the Sage HRMS Payroll Reports (ie. Timecard Listing).  Currently there is no sort option in that report when generating the report from within Sage HRMS, however, payroll reports are written in SAP Crystal Reports and can be modified.  This would require a sound knowledge of SAP Crystal Reports and possibly reaching out to support to assist (or your reseller) with identifying if any DLLs are associated with the report and where to save the report.  My recommendation is to request a sort option be added to payroll reports.  This can be done from within Sage City on the Ideas tab.

Thanks. I see I wasn't clear. The "Timecard List" I was referring to is in the Process Payroll flowchart, it's not a report. It is the listing of all timecards available for editing or processing. The list is sorted only by Employee Number. It would be helpful to have a sort by name option available. I'll add this to the Ideas tab.
