Is there a way to email paystubs to my employees using just HRMS?
No. Some customers use a third party application, such as PrintBoss to email direct deposit slips to employees. I would suggest contacting your Channel Partner for third party options. In Sage City, you can go to Ideas > Payroll and increment the count for 'Create an Option to Email Direct Deposit Advices'. For me, this appeared on the second page. Currently 9 people have thought this is a good idea.
