Crystal Reports 2016 is no longer available from the knowledgebase (that I can find), and Crystal Reports 2020 does not have a connection to the HRMS database. I have clients with new workstations that need Crystal installed, but it has to be a working version of Crystal.
Is there any information on when this will be resolved, even if it is adding back Crystal Reports 2016 to the knowledgebase and taking down the Crystal Reports 2020 until the database connection is created?
