Does HRMS support exporting to Excel 2013? I know Sage 300 ERP had a product update that fixed the compatability. Is there something similar for HRMS?
Kevin, did you uninstall and reinstall the Sage HRMS client after upgrading to Office 2013? I think you may have created a support ticket on 12/3/2013.

One of my customers has this issue. Trying to find out if Office 2013 was installed before or after the HRMS client was installed now. Will a reinstall of the Sage HRMS client correct any compatibility issues with Office 2013?

Elizabeth, Are you saying that HRMS needs to be reinstalled for Office 2013 to work? We are experiencing a similar problem. I don't remember the exact message but when we create queries with Excel as the type of output we get a message indicating the file is not in the correct format. Angie
