Abra Suite Crystal Reports for Payroll

Question

I'm new to this forum, but we have been using Abra for about 6 years. I am trying to find resources for Crystal Reports that we can download from this site. I have been unsuccessful in finding the "Crystal by Application" link one of the resource docs mentions. When I go to the download section, there is not an option for Crystal. Any help would be appreciated.

Within the Sage Knowledgebase, you can search for the following article IDs to find sample crystal reports. 
 Crystal Reports - sample human resource reports – KB 55826 
 Crystal Reports - sample payroll reports - KB 55827 
 Crystal Reports - sample attendance reports - KB 55828 
 Crystal Reports - sample training reports - KB 55829

Hello, If you are on Sage Abra Suite 9.1 or 9.2 you will need to log into the Sage Knowledgebase at https://support.na.sage.com If you do not have a logon you will need to click the Sign Up button at the top right hand corner of the screen. If you do not have active support for Sage Abra Suite or are not logged into the Sage Knowledge you will not be able to access download articles. 
 Once you are logged in to the Sage Knowledgbase, search for Download Crystal Reports 2008 
 The article ID is 31217. 
 If you have any problems logging into the Sage Knowledgebase, please contact Sage HRMS support at 1-800-829-0170 for further assistance.

Download articles are ususally gated articles and you will need to log into the Sage Knowledgebase at https://support.na.sage.com . Once logged in, if you are looking for Crystal Reports for Sage Abra Suite that are already designed search for "Crystal Reports - sample payroll reports" or if you want HR reports search for "Crystal Reports - same hr reports". 
 If it is the Crystal Report Software itself you are looking for search for "Download Crystal Reports 2008" or "Download SAP Crystal Reports 2011" depending on your version of Sage Abra Suite or Sage HRMS. 
 When doing any search in the Sage Knowledgebase you can also filter by product.
