Poor (lousy) Customer Support

So I get my first quarter notice and it confirms I am good till the end of the fourth quarter. I look at my 2 nd quarter and all is good as well.

Then I get my 3rd quarter and it tells me that this is my last support. I have talked with Sage and I received a "I am sorry" Really!!!

See page 2 on Q1, page 3 on Q2 and then Q3 page 2 (changed our mind.)SageHRMS_2014_USPayroll_PU_Q12015_RN.pdfSageHRMS_2014_USPayroll_PU_Q32015_RN.pdf. This is horrible.
