Sage HRMS 2014 upgrade to 2015 or 2016?

We are currently on Sage ;HRMS 2014 with Payroll and just found out that no 2015 Q4 update will be available for 2014.

We need to go to a new version. Is upgrading to 2016 directly a good idea or should we go to 2015 first?

When upgrading to HRMS2016 I have seen a loss of the ability to view package type attachments, but you cannot prevent this by upgrading to HRMS2015 firsts. HRMS2016 got rid of the attachment preview and in the prior versions package type attachments can only be viewed through the preview.
