I am looking in the knowledgebase for a document detailing the support lifecycle for HRMS, and I can't seem to find it. When does support for Sage HRMS 2015 end?
Sage HRMS product versions supported with Product Updates are listed for the current year in the Download articles Release Notes in the Sage Knowledge in the 'What's New' section. Currently both Sage HRMS 2015 and Sage HRMS 2016 will be supported through Q4 2016. As we get closer to the end of the year this chart will be updated to reflect the year 2017 supported quarters. This is the only information available at this time.
The last product update for Sage HRMS 2014 was the Q3 2015 product update. For future product updates after that customers were requested to upgrade to either Sage HRMS 2015 or Sage HRMS 2016. In the Sage Knowledgebase there is a helpful article called 'Versions of Sage HRMS supported for product updates' - Article ID 21070 that displays the final updates for Sage HRMS including Sage HRMS 2012 and also HRMS SQL Payroll version 10.1.
I've just gotten confirmation that there will not be a Q1 2017 product update for Sage HRMS 2015. This will be communicated in the Q2 2016 product update release notes.
