There is the Sage Knowledgebase article ID 21078 - 'Migration path - Sage HRMS'. You can upgrade to Sage HRMS 2016 from Sage HRMS 2014 (v10.4) or Sage HRMS 2015. You do not need to go to Sage HRMS 2015 in between.

Sage Knowledgebase article ID 69256 - 'Download Sage HRMS 2016' in the What's new section contains the Sage HRMS 2016 Installation Guide and also the Release Notes. The Sage HRMS 2014 Installation guide is located in article ID 54764. You will need to log into the Sage Knowledgebase at https://support.na.sage.com to access any download articles.

There is also article ID 20462 - 'Moving Sage HRMS to new server'. Something to note when reading this article, an older install of Sage HRMS will have the SQL database names beginning with AbraHRMS, newer installs will have the SQL databases starting with SageHRMS.

If you are currently on Sage HRMS 2014, you can upgrade your current server to Sage HRMS 2016 and the data or install Sage HRMS 2014 on your new server and upgrade it to Sage HRMS 2016. You can review tested environments by searching the Sage Knowledgebase for System Requirements Sage HRMS and look for the appropriate version.
