Anyone built a report that shows upcoming pending leave from ESS? Looking for solutions thanks

We ran W2s this week, and found that if users had changed their home address in ESS, this change was not reflected on the W2s. It is reflected in HRMS, at least from what I can see. I'm curious to know if anyone has dealt with this. We're on HRMS 2017…
