Is anyone missing employees from their VETS 4212 Detail List Standard report in HRMS 2017 v.10.7049?

I'm trying to pull the vacation plan and year end eligibility but can't find the filed names.

We have the WA PFML code set up and assigned to an employee. However when I try to run the quarterly report, it is not pulling the employee's wages or the employee count. Is there something I can do to resolve this?
