Happy New Year!  The first question of the new year or should I say new decade, will relate to the Affordable Care Act.

The ACA reporting deadlines for 2019 are as follows:

February 29, 2020 - 1095-B / 1095-C and 194-B / 1094-C paper filing due to IRS

March 2, 2020 - 1095-B / 1095-C due to employees (Aatrix deadline is Feb 27, 2020 by 3:00 pm CST to guarantee compliance)

March 31, 2020 - 1095-B / 1095-C and 194-B / 1094-C eFile due to IRS (Aatrix deadline is March 28, 2020 at 3:00 pm CST to guarantee compliance)

Where do you generate 1095-C and 1094-C forms in Sage HRMS?

Answer:

Navigation Path:  Connected Services > (Sage HRMS Tools) My Workforce Analyzer > Forms tab.

If you do not see My Workforce Analyzer (MWA) under connected services, you may not have been granted permission.  Log in as Master and navigate to the path mentioned or go to security group setup and review your security access.  To see if MWA is a product that has been installed, in Sage HRMS go to the Help icon > About Sage HRMS > Additional Info button.  My Workforce Analyzer will display installed if it is included in your installation code.  MWA is free to anyone with active Sage HRMS gold support.  If you have gold support and MWA is not installed, contact your reseller to process a zero dollar purchase order for this module.  If you have standard support, you can contact your reseller and purchase this add-on module.
