Question:  Can I get a copy of a training manual without enrolling in a class?

Answer:  If a manual is available for sale, then yes, you can order a hard (printed) copy or a electronic copy (eBook).  There will be a cost associated with the purchase.

The majority of Sage HRMS classes come with an eBook already included in the cost. An eBook is an electronic copy of the manual that is available 7 days prior to the start of the class and is available for one year.  In an eBook, you can zoom in or out, highlight, draw lines, add notes and more.  The advantages of an eBook is if there are changes to the manual, you will have an updated copy and it can be accessed from home, work, while on the go from a laptop, ipad, tablet, phone, etc.  

EBooks cannot be downloaded or printed.  If you would like a printed copy, this can be purchased at a cost.  If you are not enrolled in Sage HRMS training, you can order an eBook or printed copy of the manual.

To purchase one of the above manuals, follow the steps below:

1. Log into Sage University.  Go to https://sageu.com/hrms and click Log on.
2. Once you are logged on, from the Home page in the Section 'Access your eBookshelf', click 'View eBookshelf'
3. Here is a list of eBooks that you currently have (if any).  At top right hand corner of screen, select 'Shop New Items'
4. Click Search by Product > Sage HRMS (Customers) > Select the product you are interested in (ESS, Crystal Report Writer, HR, or Payroll)
5. If you want more information on the manual, click the information icon (i) on the manual you want to order 
6. You can select a Digital Copy or Hard Copy.  Select Quantity
7. Add to cart.  Select Proceed to Checkout.
