Tuesday the 24th we have a SAP Crystal Reports class:
At 2 PM ET we have ES - Sage HRMS - SAP® Crystal Reports for Sage HRMS Level IIIC: Complex Formulas. This is a 1 hour Realtime class delivered through WebEx. The target audience for this one hour course is Sage Abra Suite HR and Sage Abra Suite Payroll users who are tasked with extracting information from Sage Abra Suite.
Wednesday the 25th and Thurday the 26th we have a two day virtual class: ES - Sage Abra Suite - Sailing Through Sage Abra Suite Payroll
During this course we will introduce you to Sage Abra Suite Payroll features and functionality, including the tasks, processes, and reports related to processing payroll. You will learn to navigate Sage Abra Suite Payroll, complete the setup of the system, and view and update employee payroll information. Topics will include an overview of the database file structure, time sheets, trial and final payroll runs, checks and direct deposit advices generation, payroll balancing, and system maintenance. We will also discuss the various reporting options available, including standard reports and Abra Secure Query. This training includes hands-on exercises so you can practice what you have learned in a demo environment.
The target audience for this class is employees who use Sage Abra Suite to create and update enterprise-wide Payroll information, process/balance payrolls, and those who are responsible for entering, maintaining, and reporting on employee-payroll related data.
Friday the 27th we have the ES - Sage Abra Suite - Coasting Through Sage Abra Suite Quarter-End Close
This is a 4 hour Realtime class delivered through WebEx. The target audience for this are those new to the Sage Abra Quarter-Close process or just want a refresher, this is the class for you. Training is specific to Sage Abra Suite Payroll version 9.1 and higher.
During this course we will help you prepare for quarter end using Sage Abra Suite. You will learn to run a trial quarter close, balance the trial quarter close, and investigate any imbalances before running the final quarter close, completing the final balance, and editing the applicable forms. Topics will include system setup, payroll processing, recording and depositing tax liabilities, running reports, performing backups, and installing the latest tax updates.
