MONDAY March 30th we have Managing Employee HR Data with Sage HRMS Employee Toolbar.
It starts at 1PM ET and is a 2 hour instructor led course delivered online. Sage HRMS user interface gives you quick access to information and is built with your daily tasks and processes in mind. During this course you will learn to utilize the employee toolbar and details pages to manage all of your key employee data. Topics will include an overview of the menus, processes, actions, reports, toolbars, screens, and fields designed to maximize your organization’s effectiveness. The target audience for this course is all new users who wish to learn how to use the software interface.
TUESDAY March 31st we have Setting Up Time Off in Sage Abra Suite HRMS.
It starts at 1PM ET and is a 2 hour instructor led course delivered online. Sage Abra Suite includes the functionality you need to manage all types of absences, including paid time off, leaves of absence, and FMLA leave. During this course you will learn to set up time off and absence tracking in Sage Abra Suite. Topics will include the differences between setting up FMLA and other attendance plans, setting up absence reason codes, FMLA reason codes, attendance plans, and FMLA plans, and absence transactions and accruals. The target audience for this course is any user implementing Time Off functionality in Sage Abra Suite.
WEDNESDAY April the first we have Coasting Through Sage Abra Suite Quarter-End Close.
This is a popular course; it starts at 1PM ET and is a 4 hour instructor led course delivered online. During this course we will help you prepare for quarter end using Sage Abra Suite. You will learn to run a trial quarter close, balance the trial quarter close, and investigate any imbalances before running the final quarter close, completing the final balance, and editing the applicable forms. Topics will include system setup; payroll processing; recording and depositing tax liabilities; running reports; performing backups, and installing the latest tax updates. As for the target audience, whether you are new to the Sage Abra Suite Quarter-Close process or just want a refresher, this is the class for you. Training is specific to Sage Abra Suite Payroll version 9.1 and higher.
THURSDAY April 2nd we have SAP Crystal Reports - Level 1A: Introducing Data Structure and Interface.
It starts at 1PM ET and is a 2 hour instructor led course delivered online. This course provides novice SAP® Crystal Reports users with the groundwork necessary to create custom reports. You will learn where the data for reports is sourced and how to find the files and fields needed. Topics will include basic information for understanding functions and expressions, as well as the SAP® Crystal Reports interface, menus, icons, and display tabs. The target audience for this course is any user of Sage HRMS or Sage Abra Suite HR and Payroll, in both the US and Canada, who are tasked with extracting information from Sage HRMS and Sage Abra Suite. Please note that this course contains some of the same material covered in the SAP Crystal Reports Level I: Laying the Foundation course.
FRIDAY April 3rd we have SAP Crystal Reports - Level 1B: Developing with the Report Wizard.
It starts at 1PM ET and is a 2 hour instructor led course delivered online. Further develop your report-writing skills with this intermediate-level training on SAP® Crystal Reports. Novice SAP® Crystal Reports users will learn a quick and easy way to develop basic custom reports to meet the needs of the enterprise. Topics will include connecting to the data you need and using the report wizard to create, modify, and print standard and grouped columnar reports. The target audience for this course is any user of Sage Abra Suite or Sage HRMS, both HR and Payroll, in both the US and Canada, who are tasked with extracting information from Sage Abra Suite or Sage HRMS. Please note that this course contains some of the same material covered in the SAP Crystal Reports Level I: Laying the Foundation course.
