MONDAY June 8th we have SAP Crystal Reports - Level I: Laying the Foundation
It starts at 9:30 AM ET and is a 7 hour instructor led virtual classroom course delivered online. SAP® Crystal Reports for Sage HRMS connects you to data above and beyond the standard reports included with Sage HRMS by allowing you to create powerful, formatted reports with Sage HRMS as your centralized database and single point of truth. During this course we will train you to use SAP® Crystal Reports to extract the data you need from Sage HRMS and turn it into interactive, actionable information. Topics will include understanding the file structure of Sage HRMS, as well as using formulas and expressions. We will discuss creating and editing reports and using the Report Wizard. This training includes hands-on exercises so you can practice what you have learned in a demo environment.
If you are tasked with extracting and sharing information regardless of product (Sage HRMS or Sage Abra Suite) or geography (U.S. or Canada).
Tuesday June 9th we have ES - Sage Abra Suite - Maintaining Your Sage Abra Suite System
It starts at 1PM ET and is a two hour Realtime class. During this course you will learn the fundamentals of Sage Abra Suite system administration. Topics will include system processes, security maintenance, and audit trails.
Who Should Attend? Sage Abra Suite System Administrators and end users who are responsible for:
- Maintaining the Sage Abra Suite system
- Perform system database processes
- Create, modify, and delete security
- Tasks related to audit trail concepts

Wednesday June 10th through June 11th we have ES - Sage Abra Suite - Sailing Through Sage Abra Suite Payroll
This is a two day virtual class that starts at 8:30 EST. This course is for employees who use Sage Abra Suite to create and update enterprise-wide Payroll information, process/balance payrolls, and those who are responsible for entering, maintaining, and reporting on employee-payroll related data.
During this course we will introduce you to Sage Abra Suite Payroll features and functionality, including the tasks, processes, and reports related to processing payroll. You will learn to navigate Sage Abra Suite Payroll, complete the setup of the system, and view and update employee payroll information. Topics will include an overview of the database file structure, time sheets, trial and final payroll runs, checks and direct deposit advices generation, payroll balancing, and system maintenance. We will also discuss the various reporting options available, including standard reports and Abra Secure Query. This training includes hands-on exercises so you can practice what you have learned in a demo environment.
