Weekly Question Challenge (18) - Do you know the answer?

So, we are on to the lazy days of summer (don't we wish).  We are still looking at the Rehire category.  See if you know the answers to these two questions.

CATEGORY: HRMS - Rehire Employee

1. When rehiring an employee, the Adjusted Seniority date defaults to what date?

  • Their rehire date
  • Their original hire date
  • Their rehire date minus previous employment time
  • It doesn’t default to any date

2. When using the Rehire Employee task, and the attendance plans are still valid what must you do?

  • Nothing the system handles it
  • Delete the Attendance plan and add it back
  • Copy the Attendance plan to a new line
  • Open each Attendance plan and zero out the balance

Have good week and see you on Friday!
