Issue:

Due to a third-party database component that is no longer supported, teachers and students will be unable to reinstall or reactivate Sage 50 US versions 2013 through 2019.  Educational versions 2016 and older were previously retired, but as of January 1, 2022, educational versions, 2017 through 2020 have also been retired.

Links to unsupported versions of Sage 50 US (version 2020 and older) have been removed from our Education Alliance Program website to ensure colleges are using only versions of the software that are tested and officially supported.

Resolution: 

To avoid disruption to your education program, we strongly recommend you and your students upgrade to the latest supported version of Sage 50 US. For more information, refer to Sage Knowledgebase article: Unable to install or activate Sage 50—U.S. Edition versions 2019 and older.
