Hello,
I am wondering what I can do to install my Sage 2016 software. I get the message "this program has stopped working" every time I get to the point of entering a file's start date. I have tried all the suggestions on the site but nothing helps.

A window does pop up that asks me to install an update, but my updates have already been installed.

Any other suggestions?
