I tried using the codes sent via email to me, but they did not work. I also sent a verification email to make sure i wasn't doing anything wrong

I also have not received an activation and key code after registering sage 50 canadian version and it has been about 2 weeks now. I received a message telling me to go to the support group. Is there anyone who can help please
