Hi everyone, 

I am a student at George Brown College, I am learning SAGE300 in college. I am unable to login, even the password and session date is correct. It says invalid database specifications.

Please let me any solution asap.

    Thanks for reaching out about your login issue, the "invalid database specifications" error might be related to the ODBC Data Source entry or a problem with the Microsoft SQL Native Client driver.

    Here are some steps you can take to resolve it:

    1. Check the Database in SQL ServerTm Management Studio: Make sure the database you're trying to access exists and that the tables within it are accessible.
    2. Verify Database ID in Sage 300 ERP Database Setup: In the Database Setup, select your Database ID and click 'Verify'. This should automatically create the server32 Data Source entry needed for connection.
    3. SQL Native Client 11 Driver: If the issue persists, the SQL Native Client 11 driver on your system might need to be installed or repaired.

    Since your post was from two months ago, you might have already found a solution. If not, and you're still encountering this issue, these steps should help. If further assistance is needed, don't hesitate to contact your college's IT support or the Sage support team.
