Premium Version Backup Files

SOLVED

As shown in the Appendix A, I have opened the Pearson web homepage for "Using Sage 50 2023" to download Data Files. I didn't have any problem downloading the zipped file, extracting and saving it in the C: drive for Premium Version Full Files but I couldn't do it for Premium Version Backup Files when I follow the textbook. I have tried several time but couldn't get it through.

Can anyone help me with this? Or it is okay for not having the Premium Version Backup Files on my computer as student?

    Thank you for your feedback. As you have mentioned about the compatibility, I am sure that I have selected Sage 50 Canada version 2023. If I wouldn't have selected the correct version then I would have problem in attracting and saving the Premium Version Full Files but I didn't have any issue with that.

    As per your response, I think I need to talk to my instructor but what if my instructor isn't as tach savvy to solve this issue? I doubt. 

    And the last resolution is to email sageeducationHow to login Sage.com customer portal

    Hi Erzsi,

    Let me be more specific.

    I downloaded the Zipped "Premium Version Backup File", did extraction and when I RUN the "Load_Files.BAT" it gives me this error: "Cannot find script file "C:\SageData22\confirmation.vbs". Does this indicate that the the file I have downloaded is of Sage22?

    Please feedback on this.
