When I try to enter my Merchant Key provided in the text book B8B9O4S6E2K2 I am unable to enter the last K2. Can I get a new key code that is entered in the 10 spaces provided? Or do I need to something as drastic as uninstalling my student version of Sage 50 and doing a reinstall?
