Okay, so, you're saying they SHOULD be on hold right? So then they correctly should NOT print on a Prebill Worksheet unless you optionally release the hold.
Where do you feel that it says they are not on hold?
On the overview page it says NO under the client hold, but when I go to the holds area it IS on hold. We depend on the pre-bills to show us what’s being held at the end of the month. There have been a couple of these in the past month or two.
You might want to take a look at the Charges on Hold report (I believe it on the Client tab.) You can have a client level hold and/or a slip level hold. You might not have a client hold, but a slip hold involved. Hard to tell at this point, but the report will tell you both.
I couldn't find that report, but I discovered that if I put "full bill" on hold it showed that it was on hold. Without putting that hold on it said it wasn't on hold in the overview screen. Any idea why that would be? This appears to be the only client this is affecting.
It sounds like the "overview screen" you are referring to is the Client List window. Yes, the red H is only present for a Full Bill hold, and not for specific holds like 'Hold A/R transactions', 'Hold time charges' or 'Hold expense charges'.
The report is located under Reports, Clients and is named the Charges on Hold Analysis.
