My clients are going missing from the system

I have entered three new clients into the system. One I can find and add expenses, time, and payment. The other two are completely missing, but if I go back to the enter a new client screen and tab through the client's that way I can find them. I looked my client list and I am also missing old client's that I entered that are still active. Any well would be appreciated.

    Under special you can do a search to find where the client is.

    Also, when you are looking at your client list, make sure they have not been classified as inactive or closed AND that you are looking at "all" clients as opposed to "my" clients. Right-clicking on the list will help you with the latter suggestion.

    The only place that I am able to find the client is on the entering new client page, and you can flip back and forth other than they they are not listed anywhere in the system, expect to re-print bills. I cannot entered new time, expenses, or payments on these missing clients.

    I don't think your clients are missing, but I do think you are having trouble seeing them easily. Unfortunately that is going to be sort of difficult to troubleshoot via a bulletin board. It's a problem that would be easier to resolve by being able to look at the screens with you.

    While that sort of service is available, I would be something that a consultant would charge for. I can't imagine it taking very long to figure out, but then my imagination is not always the best measure of such things. ;-)

    I just think your time and $$ would be better spent hiring someone to help you with it, rather than struggling too much with self help.
