Generate Monthly Statements regardless of activity

I would like to be able to generate monthly statements for all clients with outstanding balances (not just those with activity since the last statement). Is there a setting I am missing somewhere?

You would want to check under the Options button in the Generate Statements Report Entry.

Since I don't know what you have set now, impossible to tell what you might be missing. But I'd advise you to check there and see if various combinations get you what you are looking for.
