Sage Timeslips cannot synchronize with Outlook 2016

Question

Hello! 
 We are a small law office in Vietnam. We are using Timeslips 2017 in a Windows 10 64 bit and Outlook 2016 64 bit environment. Our problem is we cannot connect Sage Timeslips with contact folder of Outlook so that we cannot use the Outlook Link function. This problem prevents us to do anything related to Outlook such as synchronizing names, creating outlook records within Timeslips, and automatically transfer email into slips. Do you have any suggestion for my case?

Even Microsoft themselves recommend you install 32-bit versions of Office due to incompatibility issues. 32-bit is the default at installation, and you have to explicitly override the recommendation to install 64-bit.  There is very little practical use for Outlook as a 64-bit application. Office products that benefit from 64-bit versions are Excel, Project and Access if you create or use massive datasets.
