How about if you print to PDF, and then pick and choose from the PDF what you want to individually print.

My biggest question is why is she printing only some pages of the total output?  Often an filter or option can be used so that you narrow the job down to just what you need.

Sounds like she doesn't know how to suppress what she doesn't need. Can you ask her why she wouldn't just print them all?
