Dates missing on one line in invoices

I went to print my invoices today, and I am missing the date field on the second entry of every invoice!  What might cause this? I am on 2018.

    The date does not normally print for the subsequent entries for the same date on a bill.  If you would like it to, you will need to adjust your bill layout.
