Funds Auto Pay Not Showing in Reports

For Timeslips 2015

I have recently set up 2 funds accounts for each client (fees and expenses) with the "automatic payment" box checked on both to their respective fields.

The balances transferred correctly, however, none of the funds reports are picking these up. They only get picked up if I enter the transfers manually but that is so time consuming.

Is this a Timeslips issue, or are there additional settings I have to change?
