Flat rate items not automatically included in transfers

Hello,

I've found that whenever I record a flat rate item, the amounts aren't automatically taken from the trust account and applied.  Why is this?

    There are two things required for money to be automatically taken from trust (1) under client funds on the client information  you must have it set to automatically apply to new transactions and (2) you must run and approve the bill. If you have done this and it is not happening can you let us know what version and service release you are running.
