Amount due to replenish retainer

I have a client whose retainer is $5000, but services have exceeded that. In one spot it says Amount Due Now to Replenish Retainer: $7850, but under that it says please replenish funds to $5000. Why the discrepancy?

I have the client funds set to replenish to $5000 when balance falls below $5000. I tried to adjust these to get the numbers to match but it's not working.

Is the amount due on the bill $2850? The amount showing for replenishing the retainer is the balance desired plus the amount that is needed to pay the bill. If they just paid $5,000, the balance would immediately become too low so it is including the amount that would bring it to $5,000 after the invoice is paid.

Yes, but it seems like it should also say $7850 where it says "Please Replenish Client funds with $5000"

They are actually different. Sounds like one of your messages may have been changed because the first amount is really the balance now due (which includes the client funds) and the second one is the client funds amount. I would check the default wording in your layout.
