Multiple Data-Verifications Needed!

I have been getting multiple errors with my A/R database and having to run data verifications to correct.  It's come to a point that I have to check almost every previous balance because I'm not confident they are correct.  What adds to the frustration is that I cannot undo any invoices after the process.  I get various error messages exiting from Timeslips as well dating back to when I upgraded.  Of course, I have no technical support available without purchasing a support package.  I feel like there were glitches in the program - I can't reverse payments, old templates don't work any more.  So much time wasted on work-arounds and fixes.  

Has anyone else experienced unexplicable glitches?  Will Sage fix the application problems for free?  I know it is not my error.
