How to get rid of Total Charges Beyond Flat Fee

SOLVED

Timeslips 2017 - I am attempting to bill a flat fee contingency client.  It is set up exactly the same as other flat fee clients.  There are no slips with an override status.  On the invoice there is a line item "Total charges beyond flat fee" with $511.50.  At the bottom on Timekeeper Summary each timekeeper is showing a seemingly random charge (ie. once timekeeper has 2.1 hours at $465 rate and the charge is $7.70.  The total of these 'charges' does not equal $511.50.  How do I get rid of these charges.  Both should be zero.

Thank you for any help anyone can offer!

I believe the "Total charges beyond flat fee" line shows on the bill when 1) you're using a flat fee, 2) you have at least one slip marked Override, and 3) on the Layout page of the bill layout (choose Layout > Layout Options) you have "With a flat fee show charges from slips marked override" checked.

If that's not it, it's probably something related.

    Good Luck!
