Can I reprint bills for "inactive" clients?

I move clients to "Inactive" rather than close them.  When I try to reprint bills, no bills appear.  If I move the client to "open" status, the bills appear.  How can I reprint bills for inactive clients without changing them to open?

    Unfortunately, as far as I know reprints are only available for Open clients.

    While I appreciate your desire to get old client accounts out of your Open list.  You might want to try first just adding ZZ19 in front of their Nickname to alphabetically have them sort of snoozing down at the bottom of the Open list.  That usually gets them out of the "top of the batting order," but leaves then available for things like reprints or year to year reports.  Then when you are done with your reporting, you could take all of the ZZ19* clients and Inactivate or Close them on a more consistent schedule.

    This is especially true with Timekeepers/Users who leave the employment off the firm. Remaining folks don't want to see the old employee's nickname in the list, but we need that person's slips to remain open so that they can be billed out.
