in printing bills directly to the printer the margins are shifted to the left. If I print first to a PDF it comes out fine, but not to the printer. Has happened on two different HP printers. Any suggestions?
Are you printing from a DISPLAY of the bill first, then the printer? Or straight from the Generate Bills dialog to the printer?

Good Morning Nancy:
I can not get clients with judgments to show up on my Aged A/R balance report, do you know what I', doing wrong?
Have you generated and approved a bill that is not paid? Until the bill is finalized/approved it will not show on the Aged AR report.

The is no new action on these clients we have judgments against these clients. Yes, the bills have been finalized and approved, the only action is interest. Also interest is not being added monthly to these clients since we upgraded.
If the clients are open/active and they have a balance due then they should show on the AR list unless there is a filter. Make sure all filters are cleared on the report and try again. If that doesn't work then go to the matter and open it. On the client information click on Balance under A/R & Funds. Does it show a balance due?
Interest is only charged if there is a balance due AND you run and post a bill AND the client information > charges is set to charge interest.
