Sending invoices via email

I've posted here before and haven't been able to resolve this issue. I have TS installed on two computers, lets say A and B. Computer A has not changed and we can send invoices via email. Computer B the profile changed after the computer was replaced. After installing all the apps we can't get invoices to send from Computer B. Computer B does 99% of billing and accounting where Computer A does not, really just used to enter time. It's a huge inconvenience to send invoices via Computer A. Question I have is where do I look on Computer A to replicate the email configuration to setup on Computer B?
