of course Timeslips sales vs. support say different things. I’m hoping to get input here of user experiences. 

Need to purchase more licensees on 2019 that was upgraded 6 months ago so converting client with 20 licensees to premium right now is not reasonable. 

I have been told by TS that all licenses must be purchased from 3rd party seller and that they already bought them  - that they cannot get another license from TS - only sell from their reserve

- so when a third party seller says they have to check with TS for the price of a license that is not really accurate since the 3rd party already owns the license and would be setting their own price. 

Any experience with this?
