LEDS1998B - TimeSlips 2015

SOLVED

We currently have Timeslips 2015 and are experiencing the problems associated with not upgrading and having Windows 10 not be compatible.  We are upgrading in January 2020 so I was trying to hold off on until then. I currently cannot see my bills that are in Audit House. I restarted the program several times and I can see the number bills in Audit house at the bottom but there is some kind of error so I cannot see them listed by file name.  Any suggestions on how to fix this problem temporarily until we upgrade?

    , yes it definitely looks like the screen is not displaying properly.

    I would try: 1) closing all open sub windows in Timeslips, 2) then go to Setup | Preferences | Interface | Appearance |  and click the button on the right that says "Restore all dialog settings to their defaults."

    You will get a little confirmation pop up, click YES, then OK at the bottom of the Preferences to exit the Preferences.

    You may need to exit and come back into Timeslips to have it take effect.
