Is it possible to clear all contacts of Ignore in Linked Data?

The Title says it all. We have 10k+ contacts that we are syncing to Outlook. A user accidentally pressed the ignore all button when resyncing multiple times. Looks like about 5k contacts are set to ignore all. Is there a way I can select all contacts for ignore? I also have backups from before ignore all was pressed. Is there a file path I can go to to manually restore the linked data database? Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Cheers!

    I just checked, and I don't see a way to do that.

    What fascinates me more is why you would want to synchronize that many contacts between Timeslips and Outlook.  

    I can't think of any of my customers that do that.  If you don't mind my asking, what  benefit to your business do you see from doing this?
