Depends how your are handling the name of the account, but...

Under Setup, Bank Accounts, open and rename the Default account. That way when the layout inserts the name of the account in place of the %ACCOUNT% token, it will say Trust instead of Default. Then DON'T give the account any other name when you set it up for a client.

Or, you can just change the Phrases that are used in your layout to not include the token.  

Either should work. I tend to prefer the layout thing, but to each his/her own.

Nancy.  I did the bank account thing and the invoice still says DEFAULT.

When I looked in the layout phrases, I did not see it.  What "phrase" am I overlooking?

Clarifying, I am looking in the layout under Global Bill Layout Options

Nope, in the particular layout, Layouts, Phrases.

I went here and then opened the My Bill Layout

and opened this box

Actually, I think you are fine.  You are almost there.  That looks like the correct place to look .

Now, go down that list and look for anything that says %ACCOUNTNAME on the right hand side.  Every time Timeslips uses that phrase somewhere it is supposed to insert the name of the bank account into that spot. On the left is the "out of the box" default phrase, on the right is where you can change that.

You want to replace all the %ACCOUNTNAMEs with your term, which appears to be Trust.

There is no default named just Balance of %ACCOUNTNAME, so I am not sure which one you need to edit.  There is a Previous Balance of %ACCOUNTNAME and a New Balance of %ACCOUNTNAME.  I suspect it is one of those that you are looking for.
