Hmm, sounds like that record may be corrupt. What version of Timeslips?

Can you make a backup and run a File | Data Verification and see if it finds any errors?

2020 version of Timeslips. I've run the data verification and it doesn't find anything.

Okay, good. Since it is v2020, we need to run another Data Verification from the Administrator.  

Lots of ways to get there, but easiest might be, from within Timeslips, at the topmost menus, choose: Special | Timeslips Administrator.  When that opens up, you will see a Data Verification option in the lower left.

Run it with ONLY the look for errors option checked. 

Let's see if it "finds" anything. This one will analyze the Client tables in v2020.

I tried this as well and it didn't come up with anything for this particular file. The file is from 1991. I went ahead and opened a new file for this person and was able to "inactivate" the older one for now.

Hmm, okay, that works too. :-)

It's probably since it is so old, that the data just doesn't transfer correctly or something. I've made a work around for now. If this should come up again, I will get back in touch. Thanks!
