In a word, you can't. What is done is done. So, what CAN you do?

1) Run some slip reports for the totals, do the math yourself and just send a letter telling them the adjusted amount and attached the slip report.

2) Export the slips and import them back in as WIP, set up the new bill arrangement and start over.

Thank you for your help. That is all very much over my head. I don’t even know how to run a slip report for the totals. I was hoping this program would be much more user friendly.

A little time with a consultant like Nancy or myself can help in understanding and making the program more friendly. There is a charge but, it's worth the investment.
