On my home page, I can see clients with overdue balances, as can the attorney. The attorney is confused by the overdue balance because the balance of one particular client is 0, but the page says they owe $700. When I run the pre-bill and generate a bill, it says there is a 0 balance as well. How do I rectify this overdue balance on the home page?
