If you have an admin fee added to your credit card charges, LawPay has changed the way it works.  You must contact LawPay and ask them to update your account. 

OLD VERSION OF LAWPAY LINK:  The amount entered in the "Payment" field is ADDED to the client's full balance due and the admin fee is only charged on the amount entered into the AMOUNT field.

NEW VERSION OF LAWPAY LINK:  The amount is calculated correctly and when the client submits their credit card info, the admin fee is calculated correctly.   However, LawPay will only charge the admin fee on credit cards; DEBIT card payments are not subject to the admin fee.

NOTE: You need to contact LawPay to get this changed and it does not change the  link in the email template in Timeslips.
