Timeslips sent out 9 previous invoices via Outlook

Upon opening Timeslips today - Timeslips sent out e-mails with invoices to all clients who receive normal monthly invoices via e-mail as part of the billing function.

One customer even replied that he received 9 e-mails with 9 separate invoices attached. 

I've spent half of the day explaining this to my customers who replied t the e-mails.

  • You sure that wasn't an Outlook thing? Timeslips doesn't create emails unless you are actually doing billing with it.  Just opening it is not enough...

    On the other hand, once it sends Outlook the attachment and message, it is DONE. It is then up to Outlook (as the email client) to actually send the email.

    Did any other emails get sent more than once? Did your Outlook show 9 sent?

    That's an odd one.
