our firm works in a Citrix environment
i connect via a cpu to Citrix and have encountered issues where Timecapture does not launch with out going through several steps - on a daily basis.
users connecting to Citrix via a thin client are able to launch Timecapture via an icon in their system tray but application does not launch automatically as indicated in the user's preferences.
in contacting Sage i have been informed that they do not support the use of Timeslips in a Citrix environment so they aren't able to help me investigate the source of this problem
when i run the troubleshooter i receive notice that an incompatible program was encountered but i cannot find out what is the incompatible program
has anyone expierenced similar issues with Timecapture in a Citrix environment?
any thoughts if Sage will ever test/support use of Timeslips in a Citrix environment?
