Any iSlips questions are best answered by the developer Brainfreeze Software (https://www.brainfreezesoftware.com/). 

If the developer cannot get the old one to work, you might want to look at his newer iSlips Online (subscription) version that works with the newest versions of  Timeslips. (https://www.islipsonline.com/?wpam_id=25  -- full disclosure: that link is my affiliate link).

Which version of Timeslips are you using now?  Some of the Premium subscriptions include a few eCenter licenses that you could try out.  

In my experience, users prefer the iSlips Online over the eCenter interface, but as with so many things regarding software user interfaces, your preferences may differ.

Hi Nancy, Since ChromeBook is out of the question, I'm researching iSlips for my client.  The data entry person inputting slips is based in London, my client is reluctant to use remote access solutions due to concerns about his computer being susceptible to hackers when in use by the data entry person.J

ack Shaller's site, TriStar data indicates that iSlips is now available for desktop users as well as mobile devices.  Checking the islipsonline link above, there is no mention of that feature.  The Brain Freeze website appears to be down, at least since yesterday when I began researching.  Do you, or anyone else on this board, have experience using the desktop app and interface?

Hi Mary. Hope you are well. I have a number of clients using iSlips Online and we use it internally as well. It is a great program. Happy to discuss it with you. I just went to the site and it was working. The generic link is islipsonline.com. My link is https://www.islipsonline.com/?wpam_id=6.

If doesn't work try clearing cache or using incognito mode in your browser.

Thanks for the reply. I have been communicating w/Steve (Brainfreeze Software) all along. He has not been able to get a fix to date. Was hoping someone here might have additional insight. Thanks again.
