I have a client running Timeslips Premium v30.0.0.18 that often needs to allow more than one user to be generating bills at the same time.  It appears that Timeslips will not allow that to occur.  I'm checking to see if there are any settings that control this, or procedures that could be used to accomplish it, or is it a limitation of the software?
