How to notify client of upcoming funds transfer?

Our state bar rules require that we notify clients in advance of Fund transfers to pay their balance. How can I add such a notice to those clients' bills with Fund balances?

    I believe folks include a bill message along these lines: "Please be advised that any balance due will be deducted from any available Funds Balance after 10 days if we have not received notice of your intent to dispute any of the listed charges."

    Thank you for your response. Do you know of any way to set up a message so that it only appears on selected client statements?  In particular those individual clients for who we plan to transfer funds to cover an invoice, or at most to all clients who actually have a fund balance.

    Did some checking last night and no, not as 'automagically' as that.

    We have several ways to put messages/text on a bill, but all would require that you turn on/off the message manually. Nothing that triggers off a funds balance existing.

    What jurisdiction? Can you point me to the state bar rule that you are referencing?
